Notes

Easy run at gym before workout. Left calf had been tight but wasn't so bad during run, some left shin pain. Workout after went ok although I was disappointed with the push presses

Pull-Ups ladder to 7 w/15 seconds rest (maybe sacrificed form a bit and took a bit extra rest but completed it)

Front Squats - 1x5x65, 3x5x95 (getting better)

Push Presses - 1x6x65, 2x6x85, 1x6x75 (harder than I would have liked, struggled last couple of reps at 85)

Walking Lunges - 1x6x20, 1x6x30, 1x6x40, 1x6x30 (40 was hard but felt pretty good)

Bench Press - 1x30x100 (wow this was hard especially at end of workout, paused after 22, 25, 27, 29 - last 2 reps were torture, form not the greatest, started getting hard at 15)

Face Pulls - 3x12x32.5
