70 minutes on bike at gym including 25 minute easy and 45 minute spin class. Cadence was low from the start and during class I did a lot of time in a higher gear, increased resistance with cadence around 80. Warm up and easy was done with knob at 12:00, higher resistance between 3:00 and 7:30
Had bike 26 and ended up averaging 233, 88 cadence for the session
