Did 10 minutes worth of pick-ups in middle of run, approximately 1.2K easy in between pick-ups. Pick-ups were 1 (3:54), 2 (3:48), 3 (3:45), 2 (3:41), 1 (3:51), 1 (3:43). Tried to do them in control without much need for recovery. Felt Ok. Legs were pretty shot towards end, left ankle area quite tender. Still feeling a bit sick, sore throat mostly.
