Notes

Back was a little tight and left side a little unstable when I arrived at gym, maybe it isn't best to run before squats and deadlifts. Struggled with squats a bit as I just didn't have the power to really lift heavier than 135 and wasn't confident my hip would hold up. Still not bad as it was a progress over last non-paused squats.

Squats - 1x8x95, 1x8x115, 3x8x135

Walking Lunges - 1x12x60 BB, 2x12x70 (barbell was easier than DBs despite some balance issues)

Step Ups - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 2x6x65 (front rack)

Glute Ham Raises + Leg Extensions + Glute Kickbacks
