Squats were ok today, didn’t get crazy deep but felt like I was getting good flexion at the hip and keeping back pretty straight. Paused all reps at 95 and 115 and first rep at 135. Tried some single leg leg press and felt really weak on the right side, just didn’t feel comfortable driving the weight up.
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 2x5x145
Reverse lunges - 3x8x95
Pull throughs + glutes ham raises - 3 sets
Wide grip pull ups - 1x5, 1x5x25, 2x5x35, 1x5x25
