Notes

Felt more explosive with bench press today but struggled after 5 reps at 170 as I was losing my arch and had difficulty timing leg drive. Ended up grinding out 8 reps but wanted 9.

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x3x155, 2x5x170, 1x8x170

Incline DB Press - 4x10x55

Narrow Dips - 4x10x25

DB Flys - 1x10x45, 1x9x45, 2x8x45

Bar Pressdowns - 1x16x55, 1x12x55, 2x10x55
