Notes

Goal was to ideally hit 22 miles with a minimum of 15. I was feeling a bit better this morning and didn't feel too low on the run. Took a gel at 10 miles and 16 miles, still having problems opening them though. The second half was a bit of a blizzard with some slush and puddles in the last 5K. Didn't look at watch much and elapsed time was only 28 seconds more. Ran Fallingbrook hills around the 13 mile mark which were sort of brutal but I did take it easy on them. Really started to suffer around 28K but was able to hang on to the end. Don't think I could have gone any faster though as it was a tough tough effort. Top of right foot was hurting and some other minor aches throughout but not as bad as it could have been. Legs feel pretty thrashed after.
