Started the tempo after about a 3 minute water break on Leslie. Not too humid but the sun was quite strong (slightly hotter than last 2 days). About a 15km/h headwind in the first half. Felt pretty strong throughout and knee/foot pain was surprisingly minimal. Wished I had a bit of water towards the end as I started overheating slightly. Definitely my best workout in the heat ever. In control the whole time, maintained form pretty well and avoided redlining until the end.
