Notes

Overhead press still feeling a little weak although last set was strong up to 6 reps and then I just had nothing for a 7th. Bench Press OK, Squat depth not the greatest, paused the first rep up to 135. Knee held up OK although still achy.

Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x75, 2x5x100, 1x6x100

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x3x125, 1x3x135, 1x3x145

Paused Bench Press - 2x8x155, 1x7x155

Leg Press - 1x12x90, 1x8x135, 1x8x180, 1x8x225
