Woke up really hungover and dehydrated. As a result I hit my goal weight for pump and run. Back workout actually wasn't too bad and runs were ok too. Some DOMs from yesterday though.

Wide Grip Pull Ups - 1x8, 1x8x25, 3x6x25, 1x12

Cable Rows - 4x10x110

Lat Pressdowns - 3x12x55

L-Sit Chin Ups - 3x8
