Notes

Right hip/lower back still somewhat sore although it is getting better. Today I just wanted to focus on slow and controlled reps without allowing my lower back to round. This resulted in not being able to go crazy heavy and not getting my usual depth but at least I was confident that I was allowing my lower body to do the work and not my back. As a result I really felt the squats through my quads and hamstrings. Although depth wasn't crazy deep I did use the 12 inch box for the last 2 sets and was able to touch it without a problem on all reps.

Walking Lunges - 4x11x30

Leg Extensions + Hamstring Curls + Pull Throughs
