Notes

First workout since SL10k. Slight tailwind for first half, sunny and hot but not too humid. Took water before and after tempo. PF felt pretty much same as yesterday despite not having good sleep. Legs still feeling heavy so quite pleased I was able to push through and finish strong, last 1.5km got a bit rough, focused on maintaining form.
