Notes

Went on treadmill after some leg exercises. Left side continues getting stronger but sciatica is still very present especially when doing single leg deadlifts. Back of left knee is not doing good either. Wasn't so bad on treadmill but is very sore after. Just made up my own program on treadmill with some hills and recovery. Legs felt pretty heavy whenever I set the incline over 10%
