Wow, I'm so out of shape and this extra weight is not helping. Cadence pretty consistent around 188-190, never felt like I was redlining and breathing was under control but it was tough, took me a while to recover after. Right leg held up good, both soleuses/Achilles sore during cooldown and after. Wind was from the east about 20-25 km/h, nothing crazy but the first half was a lot of work to maintain pace. 2nd half with tailwind actually felt slightly easier and more relaxed. I did look at my watch quite a bit to keep an eye on pace but it also shows I wasn't feeling that comfortable and just wanted to get the run over with. I can't say I'm disappointed though as this was about the most I could expect considering my current fitness.
