Notes

Front squats weren't so bad but depth not the greatest at 145 as I was tiring. Had some upper back pain that may have inhibited me, also lower back wasn't perfectly fine. Deadlifts were ok, worked hard to get the 5 reps at 265 and form definitely suffered.

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x3x125, 1x3x135, 1x3x145

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x5x155, 1x5x165, 1x5x155, 1x12x135

Wide Grip Pull Ups + Cable Rows - 3 sets
