Notes
Went to the gym for some squats and deadlifts. Workout went OK but went golfing after and towards the end of session, took a practise swing and pulled something in right hip/glute area, very similar to when I pulled my medius glute doing Sumos in December. Was in a world of pain in night, couldn't sleep at all.
