Day 1 of PPL. Deadlifts were tough but manageable, was able to keep form. Also got first 3, then 2. then 1 rep at 245 double overhand. They really blasted my lats as I was focused on keeping them tight. Could have done more in the last set but decided to stop as the 5th rep did slow down a bit.
Deadlifts - 1x8x135, 1x5x185, 1x5x225, 3x5x245
Wide Grip Pull Ups - 3x8x25, 1x6x25
Cable Rows - 4x12x100
Lat Presdowns - 4x12x50
Barbell Curls - 2x12x50, 2x10x50
