Deadlifts - 1x8x135, 1x5x185, 1x5x205, 1x5x225 (tried overhand grip at 225 but couldn't hold it)

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x5x145, 1x5x155

Tried some light squats and step ups, better than last time but groin still not good

Skull Crushers, preacher curls

Working on superman pushups
