Notes

Did some leg raises, pallof presses, bosu ball squats and lunges before run.

First few minutes at 5mph were a l little shaky but better than 2 days ago. Felt weird going above 6mph but eventually settled in topping off with a couple of minutes at 7mph. No pain after except for maybe some soreness in the lower adductor.
