Notes

Went a little harder on the bike as I only had 30 minutes, averaged 242 watts, 23.4mph, 97rpm

Did a small workout before:

Bench Press - 1x6x95, 1x6x115, 4x8x135 (felt easier than last week when I did 3x8x135), strength coming back but also getting fat

Pull-Ups - 3x6x25

Pallof Press and Face Pulls - supersetting 3 sets

Groin felt the best in a while this morning and held up ok during workout although did become a bit sore when walking to grocery store after. Upper hamstring, lower inner glute pain that first developed in Scottsdale came back too, first time in a week, very frustrating. Looks like it will be the bike for the foreseeable future.
