Notes
Attempted a bit of a tougher run. Back continued to improve this morning but it didn't really enjoy the run. There was tightness whenever I started back up but eventually it would warm up. I tried 3 fast kms without looking at my watch. Surprised a bit to see the pace that fast as despite feeling out of shape the kms weren't terribly taxing. Knees and ankles feeling like I haven't run in a long time.
Despite tightness during the run I feel like I recovered well and am continuing to improve. It is just a terribly slow process.
