Easy run after training session. Right upper hamstring still quite sore, could feel it slightly during run but was ok during workout. Really tried to focus on generating power and getting under the bar during the training session, may have done my best snatches and cleans at lower weights but still having problems once snatch reaches 75 pounds and cleans hit 115. Worked up to singles at 85 pounds for snatch and 125 for cleans. Wasn't happy with the sumo deadlifts as I had problems keeping my lower back extended.
