Have been feeling a bit tired this week. Found it hard to get into shoulder workout but still powered through. 2nd set was real tough and somehow I was able to grind out the 6th rep of the last set at 110. Didn't have anything left for final set at 95
Overhead Press - 1x6x65, 1x6x85, 1x6x100, 3x6x110, 1x9x95
DB Shoulder Press - 1x10x40, 2x8x45
Front Raises - 3x12x25
Side Laterals - 3x12x25
Rear Delt Pull Acrosses - 3 sets
