First real workout in a while, results were much better than I expected. Didn't look at watch throughout as I was just trying to run by feel. Started off pretty relaxed with tailwind but by midway point I was beginning to work hard. Still not feeling the most co-ordinated at a fast pace but much better than lately. Coming back into the headwind the goal was just to keep turnover and maintain tempo effort. Was really surprised how fast the pace was overall especially the back half with the headwind. Didn't max out but at the same time don't think I could have lasted much longer.
