Notes

Looks like the creatine has caused me to retain some extra water as my weight is creeping up. Had a good chest workout, went for an 8th rep without a spot, pause may have been a tiny bit short as a result as it was a grinder.

Paused Bench Press - 1x5x115, 1x5x145, 2x5x165, 1x8x165

Incline DB Press - 2x12x55, 2x10x55

Dips - 4x10x45

Cable Flys + Bar Pressdowns - 4 sets
