Notes

Knee feeling a bit better so did a workout at the gym

Rack Pulls - 3x5x195 (didn't feel too bad)

Angled Chin-Ups - 1x5x45, 3x5x35

Leg Raises - 3x6

Single Leg Squats - 3x6 (done with leg raises)

Bench Press - 3x8x135 (hard at end of workout)

Went on elliptical after for 30 minutes running at 7/5, 2.83 miles and 182 cadence, heart rate in high 130's.
