First weights workout in over a month. Went in afternoon after lunch. Didn't go crazy. Did some pull ups, and ab wheel also.

Paused Front Squats - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x5x75, 1x5x85

Reverse Lunges - 3x8x45

Single Leg Deadlifts + Glute Pull Throughs - 3 sets
