Notes

Front squats and deadlifts went pretty good, did good job of keeping my back straight and hips high at the start. I'm thinking I had better hamstring and lower back flexibility allowing me to keep the hips high but also back and maintaining tension throughout lower body. Bench press was ok, failed a 5th rep at 175.

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 2x5x125

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 1x3x225, 1x3x235, 1x3x245

Bench Press - 1x5x135,1x3x155, 1x3x165, 1x4x175

Step Ups - 3 sets with kettlebells

Wide Grip Pull Ups + Cable Rows
