Hot day, with dew point around 18. Paced L. for the Taylor Creek MEC race, goal was around 22:30 considering the heat but went out a bit too fast (hit halfway at (11:06) and L. ran into trouble around 3.5k. All times were slow with winning time barely under 20:00.
