Wasn't feeling so hot this morning, head cold I think. DOMS was better though. Decided to do a small workout upstairs followed by a short run. Start of run was a little shaky but was feeling ok by the end. Workout was tough, ended up doing:
Front Squats - 1x8x55, 1x5x75, 2x5x95 (not crazy happy with depth)
Leg Raises - 3x8 (done with squats)
Bench Press - 1x8x85, 1x8x115, 2x8x130 (crazy hard)
Deadlifts - 1x5x125, 1x5x155, 1x5x175 (last set pretty hard, grip failing)
Pull-Ups - 3x8 (done with deadlifts)
