Notes

First workout back from trip. I did do a couple of weal full body workouts with weights when away. Focused mostly on back, tried to do some glute ham raises but pulled my right calf during first set. Deadlifts went pretty good considering the time away.

Deadlifts - 1x10x135, 1x9x155, 1x8x175, 1x7x195, 1x6x215, 1x5x235

Pendlay Rows - 1x10x95, 3x10x115

Cable Rows - 4x10x100

L-Sit Chin Ups - 3x10

Hamstring Curl Machine - 3 sets
