Leg workout today went pretty good, felt strong with squats up to 135. Last set at 145 was better than the first 2.
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 3x5x145
Step Ups - 3 sets with kbs
Walking Lunges - 3x8x35 lb dbs
Leg Extensions - 4 sets
