Leg workout, didn't go crazy, squats weren't so bad considering the higher volume of running.
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 3x5x135
Split Squats - 3x8x25lb dbs
Glute Ham Raises + Leg Extensions
L-Sit Chin-ups - 3x8
Wide Grip Pull Ups - 3x6x25
