Run before bfast. Both calves were burning this morning and the first km felt pretty painful. Calves began to loosen up a bit but my stride didn't feel quite right for the whole run. Left hamstring and back of knee continues to improve. Did 3x1 minute pickups in 10th, 11th, and 12th kms, around 4:15, 4:06, 3:48 pace. Right calf feels better after, will reassess tomorrow morning. Left calf still burns after; I find the tightness/pain keeps moving down on the calf away from the knee.
