Treadmill

Notes

Treadmill run after workout at gym. Kept it nice and slow, left shin was hurting and left arch not feeling great, been hurting since this morning. At least the new shoes worked out ok this time.

Workout prior went ok although I might have put too much pressure on my left lower back going too heavy with squats and not being able to hold form.

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 1x3x135 (started getting difficult at 115, overall not happy with the way it went, need to drop down and really work on form.

Push Press - 1x6x65, 1x6x85, 1x5x95, 1x6x85 (best push presses so far)

Wide pull-ups - 1x8, 3x6 (seemed hard after presses)

Walking Lunges - 1x6x15, 1x6x25, 1x6x30 (went surprisingly good, no discomfort in right hip even though the hip wasn't feeling that great this morning)

Dips - 1x8x10, 3x6x35 (used the belt on the ab bench, looked good)

Pallof Presses - 1x10x17.5, 2x10x27.5
