Don Trail

Notes

Goal was to do 6x1k around 10k pace with little res (1:00). Wanted this to feel easy but it wasn't. Don Trail is definitely harder to do intervals on with the undulations plus there was a gusty wind in parts that would propel and repel almost randomly sapping energy. I'd say I really started feeling it in the 3rd rep but never really rigged up until the last bit of the final rep and breathing was pretty much in control the whole way; it just felt like I couldn't have gone faster especially with the limited rest. Not sure why the 5th rep was slow as I pushed as hard as in the others.
