Notes

Treadmill run at Equinox, felt pretty good some right calf tightness and left arch discomfort. Did bench press, weighted dips, weighted chins, pull-ups, farmer's walks, back extensions and some ab work after.

Benched 1x30x100 not perfect reps

Weighted dips with 2x6 at 20lbs

back extensions with 2x8 at 20lbs

chin ups with 2x6 at 10lbs
