Notes

Bench Press crazy strong today. Squats didn't feel too bad, more stable on the right side and groin mostly just achy. Split squats actually felt worse.

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x3x150, 1x5x160, 1x5x170, 1x7x180

Close Grip Bench Press - 3x8x135

Dips - 1x5x25, 1x5x45, 1x5x55, 1x5x65

Squats - 1x8x65, 1x6x85, 2x4x95

Split Squats - 3x8x40 (20lb dbs)

Farmer's Walks - 1x55s, 1x40s with 60lb dbs
