Leg day, squats felt ok warming up but quickly got heavy at 135 and just wasn't feeling it at 145 and 155. Accessory work seemed to be strong though.
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 1x5x145, 1x5x155
Step Ups - 1x45, 1x8x65, 1x6x85, 1x6x95
Walking Lunges - 1x12x30, 1x12x40, 1x8x50
Glute Kickbacks + Glute Ham Raises - 3 sets
