Bench press felt really weak today but I knew going in 210 would be tough. 190 was sort of smooth. Tried a second rep at 210 but didn't come close. Maxed out reps at 125 + collars after and was able to get 29 pausing after 20, 22, and then medium pauses until 26 then longer pauses. Didn't attempt 30 as I could feel my triceps really tiring. So it seems my endurance is still pretty good but I'm struggling with max weights.

Incline DB Press - 4x12x50

Narrow Dips - 4x8x25

DB Flys - 4x10x45

Bar Pressdowns - 1x16x50, 2x12x50, 1x11x50
