Very easy run, some discomfort in left foot but otherwise felt good. Went for a training session after and it was a disaster. The right glute/hip that had been dogging me for the last 2 weeks even though it never really affected by running just gave out. Was on my 2nd set of sumos at 135 and the 2nd rep felt a bit painful in that region, the third rep immediately caused a popping sensation. Hurts walking around and lifting my right knee. Doesn't seem to be affecting my back so not sure if it is a glute or QL muscle, or hip flexor. Right now it feels really tight and uncomfortable although it hasn't really gotten worse. Did bench press after the deadlifts and could barely feel it lying down but it was painful getting into and out of position. DId 2x8 at 135lbs followed by 1x5 at 135lbs.
