Notes

Bench Press felt strong at 190 for first 4 reps but stalled half way on 5th rep. Left shoulder was a little tight. Decided to test out reps at 135 w/collars, taking it nice and controlled and pausing after every 5 reps. Felt real strong up to around 18 reps and then pushed for couple more, didn't want to go to failure - definitely the strongest I have felt at 135. Accessory work was really weak probably because of the 135 set. Ab wheel rollouts are getting a lot stronger.

Pause Bench Press - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x3x150, 1x3x170, 1x4x190

Regular Bench - 1x20x135

DB Incline Press - 1x10x60, 2x8x60, 1x11x50

Dips - 4x12x25

Cable Flys - 2x8x50, 1x9x45, 1x8x45

Bar Pressdowns - 1x15x55, 1x12x55, 2x10x55
