Knees were a slight big craggly and right hip just isn't making much progress. Front squats were quite hard, the slightest discomfort in hip and of course is sore after. Really need to work on opening up the front of right hip flexor I think.
Paused Front Squats - 4x5x95
Practised overhead squats up to 65 lbs
Bulgarian Split Squats - 4x10 from 20-30 lb dbs
Leg Extensions
Glute Pull Throughs + Kickbacks
