Shoulder workout. Goal was to get at east one set of 5 at 115. Was able to do this with last rep being a real grinder. Decided to just go for 4 reps for the next 2 sets. 2nd set wasn't bad but 3rd set was really tough. Did some singles after thinking my PB was 130. I hit 125 pretty easily but 130 was tough barely getting past the sticking point. Form was good though and I found it after it was a PB as I only hit 125 3 weeks ago. Went for 135 but was just too tired and barely got it off my shoulders.

DB Press - 2x15x35, 2x12x35
BB Front Raises - 4x10x50
Seated Side Raises - 4x10x15
Rear Delt Machine - 4 sets
