Looks like I hit my limit for squats. Warm ups felt ok but first set at 190 was tough - depth also a bit of a problem. 2nd set was much better but by the time I hit the 4th set I had nothing left and just grinded my way to 5 reps. The sets at 135 I focused on speed and depth. Right hip held up but is very tight after and could feel it during squats especially on the deeper reps.

Walking Lunges - 3x12x35

Glute Ham Raises + Hamstring Curls + Back Extensions
