Notes

Plan was to do 5xmile at 9.5 and 0% incline with .25 mile rest in between at 6.0. Had quite a bit of DOMs from yesterday but did some strides at 9.5 during warm up and felt pretty smooth. First mile was pretty relaxed but at the same time a bit of a jolt. 2nd mile actually felt easier and breathing was still pretty relaxed. 3rd started getting a bit tough but nothing too crazy and breathing barely hitting tempo breathing. I was getting a bit hot and developing hot spots on my feet but otherwise feeling ok. Decided to bump the 4th mile to 9.8 which made it harder but still well within tempo breathing. Left ankle was also starting to ache. I bumped the 5th mile to 10.0 as I was feeling pretty good. Form started deteriorating a bit in the second half and breathing becoming a bit more accelerated but still manageable.

Quite pleased with workout, who know about treadmill calibration though as the workout went much better than planned. Paces/adjusted paces for the miles were 3:55/4:05, 3:55/4:05, 3:55/4:05, 3:48/3:57 and 3:43/3:53
