Plan was to do 2x2 at HM pace (4:02-4:04). I wanted the HM pace kms to feel comfortable and they did to a certain extent. They weren't easy but also weren't too taxing. I did have some tailwind for the last set and that set actually did feel easier. By the end of each set I was hitting a light tempo. Legs were not the most responsive as they were feeling a bit heavy. I had to look at my watch and fore myself to keep on pace.
