Notes

Pretty solid workout today, deadlifts felt stronger than last week although still quite tough at 225+. Was able to do them all double overhand.

Deadlifts - 1x8x135, 1x5x185, 1x5x205, 2x5x225, 1x5x235

Step Ups - 3x8x14kg kbs front racked

Glute Ham Raises + Glute Pull Throughs - 3 sets
