Front squats getting stronger, right knee held up ok but I crankled my left knee on upper patella a bit. Paused all reps at 95, first 3 at 105, and first one at 115. Right hip area is getting a bit more stable doing single leg deadlifts. Hamstring might be loosening up a bit too. Pull Ups and ab wheel getting stronger

Walking Lunges - 3x10x30lb dbs
Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 1x8x40lb bb, 1x8x50, 1x8x60
Leg Extensions - 5 sets
