Took yesterday off to rest as was just feeling tired and left calf was really tight. Still a little tight this morning so I stuck to a 5.4k loop around St Jean which involved going up a little gradual rise 6 times. By midway calf had loosened up pretty good, a bit tight after run but hopefully it will be ok. Might be a result of just not being hydrated enough. Did the first loop around 5:25 pace, 2nd around 4:45 and third around 4:35.
